The Step-By-Step Hair Power Programfeatures The Hair Power Diet, Longevity Exercise Plan, Hair Power Workout and Body and Mind knowledge, enhancing the body's metabolism and greatly improving the condition of the hair and scalp. The theory is that when all these factors work together they are a powerful combination.  The underlying foundation here is exercise is critical for mental wellness and a properly balanced and healthy body – hence hair growth.

In quick summary the body requires exercise for blood circulation and correct bodily functions, skeletal and muscular strength, stamina and energy.  Exercise further promotes the transportation of nutrients to the head and scalp, directing nutrition to the follicles.  And last, but not least, a well-known fact is exercise reduces stress levels.

  1. The Hair Power Diet – the most straight-forward way to sum up this diet is to point out that correct nutritional activity accelerates the growth rate and strength of hair follicles within 4-6 months.  Prior to starting this hair power diet, you would be doing the 15 minute Longevity Exercise daily. 
  2.
