  4. Check your thyroid – under performing or over performing – both can result in hair loss.
  5. Self-hypnosis for relaxation and hair growth – the subconscious is extremely powerful.  Don't underestimate it as you use visualization techniques.
  6. Eat a healthy balanced diet – your body is your temple – learn the correct foods to nourish and bring it into balance. Acid foods vs. alkali foods, wheat gluten and hair loss are related, sugar is rated as Enemy No. 1.  Think: insulin over production.
  7. Hair growth supplements – start using iron, zinc, Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid, Licorice Root, Saw Palmetto
  8.
