The Core Philosophy of How To Naturally Regrow Your Hair in 15 Minutes

The 15 daily program consists of scalp massage, finger nail shine/ buffing, garlic/onion stimulation, olive oil stimulation, gravity head, hair pulling, and head tap.  These are outlined as being the primary techniques.  The secondary techniques are brush scratch/tap, nail scratch, head's up "Yes" exercise, neck massage and circulation push.  By the way, you can evidently accomplish most of this program (with two exceptions) while watching TV.

The primo amount of time to be doing the above exercises etc. is 60 minutes a day – 10 in the morning, 10 in the evening and 40 over the course of your day.

Primary Techniques

1.Scalp massage – keep fingers on your head straight and using the pads of your fingers, push your scalp together firmly.
2. Finger nail shine/buffing – rub the nails of one hand together rapidly with the nails of the other hand for at least one minute.  Repeat at least 3 times.  Although seeming an odd way to stimulate hair growth, this exercise supposedly stimulates a direct nerve pathway to the hair.
3. Garlic/onion stimulation – get ready for some major complaints with this treatment.  Slice 3 cloves of garlic (garlic is the most powerful), or half an onion up and rub the juices all over your head with particular attention to the bald spots and thinning areas. Dry on the scalp for at least an hour, or sleep with it on your head overnight.  These supposedly work because both stimulate blood circulation by easily penetrating the scalp.   You are directed to do this at least twice a day.
Olive oil stimulation – this is actually used first for eight days before you switch to the garlic/onion routine. Massage in scalp, leave over night.  Cleans scalp.
5. Hair pulling – grab a handful of hair and gently but firmly pull it.  Do this all over the scalp concentrating on thinning areas.
6. Head tap – this evidently stimulates your hair and brain activity.  Close your fists and lightly hit all over you head for a minute. Do often during the day.
7. Gravity head – hang your head over the edge of the bed.  The blood rushing to your head stimulates scalp circulation.
8. Circulation push – use index and middle fingers, place them in front of the middle of your ears and push up past your temples. This forces blood to the scalp.   Do 5 times each side once and then repeat later in the day.  Too much will give you a headache.

Secondary Techniques

  1. Brush scratch/tap – simple, scratch your head with a bristle brush about a minute each time when you think about it.  Stimulates scalp.  For the brush tap portion of this exercise you're supposed to use a wire brush and tap your head with light to medium force.
  2.  Nail scratch – scratch your head firmly and rapidly for about 5 minutes focusing on problem areas.
  3. Neck massage – a tense neck causes blocked blood flow to scalp.  Massage back and front of neck throughout the day.
  4. Heads up "Yes" - sit with back straight, touch chin to chest, slowly tilt head back as far as possible. Slowly build up to 100 repetitions.  There are claims this will improve your eyesight within about two weeks as well.
